The Reliant range of high compression composite machines is designed to achieve the high pressure conditions needed to achieve quality results for pre-pregs and a wide range of composite assembles including fiberglass, carbon and aramid. The ability to apply pressure during the heating and cooling cycles as well as by the use of calendering rollers enables a wide range of composites to be produced.

The unique modular system developed by Reliant enables tunnel lengths of compressible heating and cooling zones as well as additional pressure rollers to be specified to fit the requirements of customers projects.
A wide range of materials can be permanently compressed using the Reliant range of laminators, depending on the level of compression required and the density and strength of the materials to be processed. Increasingly high levels of compression can be applied throughout the heating and cooling sections of the machines as well as additional pressure applied using nip rollers if required. The Powerbond HPC range is designed especially to apply varying levels of pressure at a high level should this be necessary.
